Shipping Policy
Ordering
All prices are in Canadian Dollars CAD.
Unless otherwise indicated, shipping charges will be added to your cart’s total at checkout.
Our main market is Canada and we ship domestically to most provinces within courier restrictions. Some exceptions to our free shipping offer exist including remote areas. If you have any questions regarding shipping to your area or shipping an oversized item, please contact us.
We welcome US customers; we ship books and small items under 1 Kg in addition to sports memorabilia to most US Continental states.
We do not charge sales tax to US purchasers, although they may be liable to import duties on some items. US buyers are responsible for paying import duties or any other local charges.
We charge a 2.99$ CAD handling fee to all US orders.
We ship using major courier and freight companies operating in Canada, please keep in mind that their service is curb side delivery. (No help to get the product inside will be provided)

Shipping
It will take 2-3 business days under most circumstances to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.
Kindly provide complete shipping and contact details and thoroughly review your order details to ensure any possible delays are avoided. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier or for failure to provide an accessible shipping address.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment and tracking details (in most cases).
Please note that express shipping option (or any upgraded courier service) and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.
Delivery
Most of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation so you will be able to track the progress of your shipment on the courier’s website. For some high value items, a signature may be required.
As with most courier services, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in your mailbox, front door or similar open locations at your provided address.
If the tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered to your order address but for some reason you have not received your package, please contact the courier to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for lost packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to the order address.
Our best recommendation is to provide a reliable shipping address, where you know someone will be available to receive the package.
Remote areas and P.O.Boxes: We will ship to any address in Canada as long as the shipping courier accepts to deliver to such addresses. Please accept our apologies for not being able to fulfill orders where (or when) couriers reject delivery.
Warranty
Once you receive your package, we strongly recommend checking that the content is not missing any parts and that the product is working.
For eligible products, Near New Express guarantees to the original purchaser that the products purchased through our website are warrantied as merchantable for a specific period. Warranty periods for some items are as follows:
Filters of any kind and Consumables (such as ink cartridges) carry 7 days warranty.
Warranty periods start the day the customer receives the item(s), or 7 days from the shipping date whichever comes first.
This warranty does not cover any product that:
- Has been subject to misuse, negligence, neglect, accident or casualty
- Has been improperly installed
- Has been altered or modified in any way
- Has been installed or utilized as part of a system not referenced as confirming by the equipment manufacturer
To start a warranty claim, simply contact our Customer Support to log a Return Material Authorization (RMA) case and we will process a refund for the item’s price (excluding shipping costs) as per our Return Policy.
We expressly disclaim any additional warranties or guaranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Our items generally do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty, but they are backed by our warranty and Customer Service. Near New Express is not (and is not related to) a manufacturer or an agent or distributor of any manufacturer. Our stock keeps changing, and the availability of any brand does not imply a commitment to that brand nor any service arrangement.
As Is items are not covered by any warranties.
